StormNet Specifications

• Best quality ski rope used for manufacturing.

• We have researched and studied this concept for 5 years to optimise strength, weight, block size, knotting method and to make it affordable. 

• Green/white or Blue/white used - customer to select.

• Rope used:

1.   7mm on borders and tie downs. Breaking strength = 330Kg Ft.

2.  5mm for net knotting. Breaking strength = 220Kg Ft.

• StormNet is hand woven.

• All borders do have 7mm rope plus 5mm inserted in centre for strength and net stability [no movement on design]. Total breaking strength is 550Kg Ft.

• Tie downs made with extra strength heavy duty sliders.

• Weight of net [depending on size] is + / - 2.5Kg to 4.5Kg.

1.    5mm nylon rope: 130m = 1Kg

2.    7mm nylon rope: 75m = 1Kg

• Due to design and strength, our nets weigh 75% less than other storm nets on the market. This will reduce weight on tent and tent poles.
